Please ensure your shipping address is correct, including apartment and/or suite numbers to avoid delays in shipping your items.  If you provide an incorrect or incomplete address, we are not responsible for returned or undeliverable items and WILL NOT issue refunds. 

Once your order has been shipped you will receive tracking notification at the email address provided when you placed your order. 

*We do our best to ensure melting does not occur with our products during shipping.  Please make every effort to retrieve your items timely from the mailbox or any other location to avoid prolonged heat exposure.
